Getting to the Festival
-
Train from Glasgow Central:
For the Saturday concerts, take the line heading to Nielston, and get off at Muirend.
For the Sunday concert, take the line heading to East Kilbride, and get off at Clarkston. Alternatively you can take the Nielston line again and get off at Williamwood.
-
The ‘4’, ‘4A’, and ‘6’ bus routes will all take you very close to either venue.
-
There is limited street parking around Netherlee and Stamperland Church, but you may be able to get a space in the Netherlee Pavilion or School car parks.
Williamwood church also has limited street parking, but you can pay for parking at the Clarkston toll car park (if the pay machines are working!)

There are plenty of hotels to choose from, a short walk from Glasgow central station. From there you can easily take the train or the bus to the Southside as guided above.
If you are coming from further afield and would like to stay closer to the venues rather in the town centre, local hotels include The Redhurst (G46 6QE), the Busby Hotel (G76 8RX), and Orchard Park Hotel Bar and Grill (G46 7PH).
Some of these will be a fair walk to the venue, but are also connected by train or bus.
